Sometimes you just have a moment where you just want to hide under a blanket because of people. The VKs are no stranger to such moments. Follow Carlos, Evie, Jay, and Mal along with a bonus Ben as they deal with their 'because people' moments. (Five-shot)

(AU One Shot) Mal never went back to the Isle after her fight with Ben. Never had her dress adjusted by Evie. Still could not breathe. It's a good thing her friends are there to catch her.

When Ben made the proclamation to give the new generation a chance, he expected resistance. He expected bad mannered teens who struggled to fit in. He expected it to be hard. But he was not prepared for what he got. No one in Auradon knew the true struggles of the Isle of the Lost. Or they didn't care. What did they expect when they locked up all the world's worst murderers and thieves together on an island? It wasn't the kind of place for children, but then again, what did they care? The children of villains were bound to be messed up as it was. What's a little more trauma? A darker, crueler take on the Disney movie "Descendants". How do you fix four broken teenagers in a week?

(Sequel to Choosing Family) After the events of Ben's coronation, Mal finds herself adjusting to life in Auradon with her cousin, brother and best friend by her side once more. However, can she truly be herself in a land that seems to celebrate conformity?

Auradon was at peace. Their King was engaged, and relations between the mainland and the Isle were being rebuilt in a way no one could have seen. There was only one thing standing in the way of pure bliss...or two things one would say. And they had their sights set on the teenaged King and his fiancée.

(Sequel to Choosing Home) With the threats to them and the kingdom finally dealt with, Mal and Ben are free to simply live their lives. But they find themselves facing the simplest but most challenging thing of all...life itself.

"My first decree has already been carried on with," Ben said. "I decided that the first thing I wanted to do as the king of the United States of Auradon was to commence a program with which the children that had been born in the Isle of the Lost were brought to Auradon so they could live here." "You... you did what?" Mal let out in a low voice. Secrets are revealed with an innocent question as Ben and Mal realize that neither of them has been completely honest with the other.
