The story mainly follows Brendan and May, after they save the world. They are bestowed two amulets, a red amulet and a blue one. They give Brendan control of Fire, and May control of Water, though her ability is dormant. When more patrons start to appear, what will they do? What happens when Brendan decides to protect May and her friends from a rising darkness? Can he learn to control his power?
