Nearly everyone at school is in love with him, most of which is from his own manipulation. George is a new transfer student that became captain of the cheerleading team. He is an optimistic boy who isn't afraid to dress feminine, and while many respect him for this, many judge him. After one eventful night at a party, Dream and George end up alone in a room, with George claiming he won't ever fall for Dream. Dream makes this his goal to change the male cheerleader's mind. After Clay gets evicted, he has to live on the streets. He breaks down completely and he doesn't see any purpose anymore. When he sleeps on the streets, he sees a boy passing by everyday. One day the boy comes up to him, giving him food and coffee. After Clay gets a high fever, the boy invites him over at his house, but that's where Clay makes the biggest mistake of his life... His friends drag him to a party where a reckless decision was made. Two years later George is alone in his apartment with nothing but the sound of the heater and his sleeping two year old on his chest. He hasn't spoken to his friends since he left the states all those years ago, terrified of what they might say. What they might think. George knows the text will come, its his decision on what to do about it he needs to think through. Happy 25th birthday to himself, he thinks.

George is an openly gay high school student who gets bullied by the football team. But he later had to tutor one of the players, Dream. Dream is a selective mute. His mother desperately wants him to speak, so she hires someone to become his friend and gain his trust. Although he still remains silent, a deeper bond is formed between the two of them, one without the need of words. George catches himself falling in love and when those feelings are returned, he can't help but feel terribly guilty for the decision he made earlier. If Dream finds out George is getting payed to be his friend, that bond might be broken forever, he might be broken forever.
