However, the letter had to go through the prison guards, the Austrian Ministry of Magic, getting checked for anything suspicious, then sent all the way to Britain, where it had to go through the British Ministry of Magic to get checked for curses once again, then it was passed through numerous Ministry workers, until it finally landed in the hand of Albus Percival Wulfric Brian Dumbledore. The catch? It's been 50 years and Gellert has long died in prison.

Remus Lupin, a high school teacher has a secret he keeps from his students. He is married to a famous youtuber/ singer, Sirius Black, his actual surname is Lupin-Black. Chapters 57-58: 1981, Albus is struggling with secrets he can't tell anyone but cannot keep bottled up inside him any longer. Who can he trust to not tell anyone? Answer, Gellert Grindelwald who is locked up in Nurmengard for life after his battle with Albus but accepts his fate as in the end he has remorse Chapters 59-61: 1992-1996, Albus' yearly presents and visits to Grindelwald as a way to keep his ex-lover going in his isolating cell. They discuss what is happening outside the walls as well as things they never thought to discuss when they were together.
