Based off the One Shot Agent Parker, from my Peter Parker's Adventures. In this one, Aunt May and Uncle Ben were killed in a car accident, in an attempt to get to Peter, due to his parents enemies. So, Peter ended in SHIELD's protection where he was trained. The story takes place in different parts ot the MCU story line, but will be a bit different than the regular MCU story line as well. Meaning, NO INFINITY WAR! Also, Peter, MJ, Harley and Ned are slightly aged up, because , why not.

Peter Parker was a normal boy, he was 16 and went to Midtown High school in Queen's and was at the top of his class, school even. In short, he was a genius. But he wasn't all that normal, because he knew the avengers, and most importantly, he was Spider-man. Everything was fine until he revealed who he was behind the mask to the avengers. You would think that they would accept the young teen but no, they harassed him calling him names and, quite literally started bullying him. Then, when it was already bad, he was kidnapped by Hydra. What will he do once he escapes? Well, he did what his gut told him to do. So he joined SHIELD.

Peter Parker goes on a field trip to an unexpected place.

When Peter was two, he was kidnapped by Hydra. When he was twelve, he escaped. That was three years ago. He was now fifteen, and acting like a normal teenager. Well as normal as you can get when you're a secret Avenger. His past haunts him though. Especially one little girl. Hydra gave her to him, to take care of, when he was ten. She was less than a month old. She had been given Spider DNA like him. Peter didn't back down from the challenge. He raised the baby as his own, even though he was a baby himself. He fed her, changed her diapers, trained her, and loved her. He watched her first steps, heard her first words, even watched her first punch. He even named her. She was his baby, not Hydras. Now that he was out, he wanted to find her. He was going to find her. And she was going to get the life she deserved.
