Due to Natalia's father getting sent to Azkaban and her mother getting killed by Death Eaters, Natalia was sent to a Muggle orphanage in Scotland. When Natalia was eight, she got adopted by a Muggle family but quickly got sent back after she showed intense signs of magic and had stayed at the orphanage until Headmaster Dumbledore took her to Hogwarts when Natalia got her acceptance letter.
