When Dream feels his heart rate speed up at the end of George's Livestream, he knows he's too far gone. "This feels so wrong," George says and repeats. Dream clicks off the stream, the sounds of labored breathing filling the room as he tried to stem the panic he was feeling. The next day, after he had just barely dragged himself away from the edge of oblivion and heartache he would never return from, he felt the first tickle at the back of his throat. He coughed roughly, it sounded like he had fluid in his lungs or something. Pneumonia, maybe? Too many "but have you heard Dream's voice?" and "but Nick look at him!"'s haunted his dreams. Which was why he was currently walking to George's house, two backstage concert tickets tucked away safely, swearing to hold this over George's head forevermore. If only he could have know the chaos that would ensue.

It was common knowledge that George was colourblind, he complained constantly about how colours would blend together and look identical. For obvious reasons, blue was his favourite colour, considering it was the only colour that stood out from the others. He took Y/N's hand into his with a sharp exhale, "you're my blue".

"You did good." Oh god his accent. "I don't think I've seen you race that well before." Dream looked over to him, raising an eyebrow amidst his prideful grin.
