I started this story when I first saw "Friends to the End", and gave up on it once Kion ended up with Rani. I don't know how often I'll update, but this is an AU to The Lion Guard Season 3. Kion and Fuli end up together. Everything up to "Friends to the End" happened in this timeline.

This takes place during season 1. Fuli has a problem with dealing with her past, and Kion wants to help her. But along the way they fall for each other. But another girl has also fallen for Kion, and would do anything to be with him.

Kion, Fuli, and the rest of the Guard have had offspring, but they've all been exiled from the Pride Lands. Their cubs are the only hope.

A long while ago before Kion's Lion Guard was made, Nala had a friend, a very close friend. This friend's name was Nirmala. After a forbidden romance, Nirmala was forced to leave her one true love. She became so embedded in grief that she gave up her only cub out of despair. Nala agreed to raise the cub as her own and tell everyone including the cub that she was it's mother. But somehow, Nala didn't think that the cub, Kion, would be better off living this lie. Until someone very close to him finds out the truth...
