Battered and bruised. That's what Elsa's mind felt like after a tedious day of work in her isolated office, signing paper after paper. She's completely sure she's seeing double of her scrawly signature and has half a mind to call in the next day sick. Unknown to Elsa, Hans was sitting in his grimy cell, cradling his newly broken arm after a previous session of beating that had just undergone to celebrate the arrival of the new year. Even with the unmeasurable pain mounted on him, Hans couldn't help but sigh in relief as the first year went by. Now all he had to do was wait for the next.
