What are you talking about Jordan!? Where is this coming from? Just tell me what the problem is and I'll fix it. C'mon, please!" Tears escaped my eyes and fell like bullets down my face. Chris lifted me and crashed his lips down onto mine. This kiss was rough and needy. I could feel all of the feeling he was pouring into this one kiss and I could help but to respond. He pulled back and rested his forehead on mine "Please please please. I can make it better." He whispered pleadingly. I pushed at his chest weakly and sobbed hard "I'm sorry. I can't do this Chris. Okay, I can't. You'll be the one to get hurt at the end of all of this." I finally lifted my gaze and made eye contact with Chris. It was as if I could hear my heart shattering into pieces as I looked into his eyes. He was so lost, confused, angry, but that was nothing compared to the look of need and hurt shown in his eyes. "Just forget about me okay? That's the best thing to do at the end of it all." I gave him a weak smile and began to slowly walk away from him leaving him standing there alone.
