A collection of haikus (5, 7, 5 syllables).
Haikus are styles of poetry, originating from Japan. Beautiful, elegant and remarkably simple. Though that simplicity doesn't make them easy to write. Actually, it kinda does. But good ones are harder than just puking up 17 syllables and calling it a day. Care to be the judge of mine?
From what I understand, a haiku is traditionally about an emotion or a moment in time. That's actually quite vague, and I could be completely wrong, but I think I've mostly stuck to it in an obvious sense. There is at least one that differs from that, but in my defence, I don't remember even writing it. I'm talking about 'Blood'. Oh and I'm not sure if people name haikus, but I did. Whatever.
These descriptions are too long. No one's gonna read all this. Especially ironic on the haiku collection, poems known for their short length. Hah
P.S. is blood mature? I should check the guidelines. I'm gonna mark it mature just in case
