No one really paid much attention to Shadowscale, after all, what is a prince good for anyways? He couldn't become ruler of the RainWings and NightWings, that curse would go to his younger sister, Princess Firefly. He knew his mother cared for him, but Queen Glory was always busy. When she wasn't seeing her subjects, she was preparing Firefly to become Queen one day. He always tried to make himself look as small and insignificant as possible, he wanted to be ordinary. After all, he hasn't been since his birth. Born under the light of two and a half moons, he had received the ancient NightWing powers of legends, learning to harness them in secret under the watchful eyes of Moonwatcher, who shares similar abilities. However, his are different. He can read minds normally. As for prophecy, he could only see three possible futures. One was good, the other 2 were awful...
