Wilbur Soot is a Siren who loves screwing with the captain-of-a-pirate-ship's son, Tommy. Nobody believes Tommy when he talks about Wilbur. It stays like this. The teasing, the toying, that is, until a storm hits, and Tommy falls overboard. Wilbur loves to mess with the boy, but now is no time for jokes. This is life or death for this boy. Tommy can somewhat remember a pair of hands grabbing him, and him grabbing a piece of wood to float on. Wilbur pushes the boy back to the ship where his brother and his two friends are there to pull him back aboard. Once Tommy can think, he knows that it only could've been the Siren that had saved him. Tommy, better known as Theseus in the community, is a vigilante who's only goal is to help get rid of crime in his city. Tommy is known in the media for having flexibility and fast movements, similar to a raccoons. His makeshift suit has raccoon ears on the hood, a black mask that goes over his eyes to resemble a raccoon, and a fluffy tail. Sure, a tail is kind of stupid considering someone could grab in to keep him from running, but it adds to his brand. And he's fast, so it doesn't matter. His weapons? A knife, and discs. No, not actual discs. These discs are sort of like Chinese throwing stars, or whatever they're called. They deal damage, and that's what matters. The heroes; Blade, Angel of Death, and Ghost; are always seeking to catch Tommy and arrest him. Tommy is just trying to help the city. He doesn't know why the heroes want him arrested. When Tommy's landlord of the apartment complex he lives in finds out that Tommy isn't actually 18, and is really 15, he calls CPS and gets Tommy taken to a foster home. Tommy can't fight crime from a foster home without the new family finding out, or can he? But what happens when Tommy finds out that his new family is actually the heroes that seek to arrest him day after day?
