Izuku Midoriya has always wanted to be a hero. But the death of his childhood friend at the hands of a villain, and his idol denouncing his dream, his faith in himself and this hero society has been shaken to its core. But one man still sees his potential and takes him under his wing, or batwing as it were, and teaches him that he can be a hero, even without a quirk.

Izuku Midoriya is basically just Wolverine transplanted into My Hero Academia. I don't own BNHA or Wolverine or Marvel Comics

Basically, Black Adam dies when he's struck by his own lightning and is reincarnated as Izuku Medoriya. He swears to be better this time and grows up as Izuku.
