With their graying skin, powerful appetite and strong numbers, zombies are a threat Tessa is used to--and one she enjoys fighting whenever she can. Something she's not used to, however, is Hardin; with his cocky British accent and dark demeanor, his skills with a sword are just as impressive as his collection of tattoos. Soon, Tessa learns it's not just zombies she has to fight, but her heart too.
