En un mundo dónde todo era normal hasta unas décadas atrás cuando una especie de suceso sobrenatural empezó a ocurrir en el mundo más en específico en Japón, una especie de portales que llevaban a otra dimensión conocida como "Mato" cuyo lugar habitaban las criaturas denominadas conocidas como "shuukis" la humanidad luchó contra esta criaturas lo más que pudo, pero no fue suficiente hasta que descubrieron que dentro de esta dimensión existía un extraño fruto conocido como melocotón que otorgaba poderes a cualquiera que los comience claro que solo esto afectaba a las mujeres a los hombres no le daban ningún tipo de poder. El gobierno llevo acabo la creación de un grupo que se dedica a cazar a estas bestias, formada únicamente por mujeres. Esto llevó a que el hombre sea menospreciado y siendo visto como personas de segunda, haciendo que muchos grupos criminales, paramilitares y o incluso el Gobierno mismo aprovecharan para usarlos como conejillo de indias en experimentos ilegales para hacer vendidos como o usados como herramientas y no como personas.

Un extraño suceso provoca que héroes y villanos de la tierra 616 desaparezcan para llegar a un mundo totalmente desconocido. Un mundo donde el 80% de la población han desarrollado habilidades extraordinarias conocidas como Quirks y donde las personas de ese mundo pueden volver realidad sus sueños de convertirse en heroes gracias a academias, como la prestigiosa academia UA.
