At least 1% of the teens in Asphodel are estimated to be what, for a lack of a better word, we might call 'heroes'... some find their calling in dreams, others take portals to other worlds, and perhaps most dangerously, a few face sinister, supernatural evil within our own version of Earth. Whatever their quest, when it's all over, these people, known as Extras, tend to have trouble reintegrating into a decidedly not super world... and parents and siblings have trouble readjusting to their changed loved ones. Class 63 may offer a reprieve from the tumultuous outside world, but as tensions rise within the classroom, the Extras of the Class of 202X may find that the hardest battles are fought after the war is over.

Let's take this from the top. (Draft 2.) Rena and Gale are two outsiders in one of the harshest times Dreamland has ever known... a tumultuous era of anarchy, compounded by the dangers of a Plague that mangles the spirit and turns Sentients into bloodthirsty, malformed animals. As everything that makes life worth living is held in the balance, one amnesiac Canis and her smart-mouthed Canira companion, the two of which had only hoped to survive, now find there's a lot more to existing than just making it through the day. Rena and Gale may be needed in this new future as much as they're growing to need it... but in a world where no one is who they claim to be, can they trust anyone, even themselves, to do the right thing?

Twelve stories. One mangled timeline. The Amalgamates never should have existed. They have no fixed physical shape, though they prefer to present as human, and the powers they have far exceed the capabilities of any human. Below this appearance, though, lies the tedious balance between man and beast, playing out in all of them. With their history lurking behind them even as they run back to it, each one must decide who they are, what it means, and where they belong. Along the way, they run the risk of tearing themselves and their found family apart... WARNING FOR MATURE THEMES: Abusive relationships, suicidal characters and mentions of suicide (including some graphic scenes), violence, death, murder, and body horror. If you are easily unsettled by any of this it is recommended you not read this book.

Deep in the Glade, on the first new moon of the harvest... There was no struggle. No scream. Nothing that could have tipped me off. Just a goodbye beforehand, a simple one- I'll see you in a few minutes. I'll be back in a few hours. A few hours later was not simple. A few hours later was black blood and birds calling out and then utter, desolate silence. Thus my investigation began. Cover by @AwsomeDragons WARNING: THIS STORY IS A SEQUEL TO THE GARDENKEEPER'S DAUGHTERS AND PREQUEL TO DOUBLE RAINBOW AND THE CITIES HAVE FALLEN. IN THE VEIN OF ALL DREAMLAND SERIES BOOKS, IT IS CAPABLE OF STANDING ON ITS OWN, BUT CERTAIN WORLDBUILDING ELEMENTS AND CHARACTERS DESCRIBED IN OTHER BOOKS WILL BE REFERENCED HERE AND MAY NOT BE UNDERSTOOD BY NEW READERS. I AM MORE THAN HAPPY TO EXPLAIN ANY EVENTS FROM PREVIOUS BOOKS OVER PM FOR THOSE WHO WOULD LIKE TO DIVE INTO MY NEWER, MORE POLISHED WORKS WITHOUT SLOGGING THROUGH THE OLD ONES.

THE DOUBLE RAINBOW SEQUEL... IS FINALLY HERE. Twenty years after Double Rainbow, a new world comes into play in Dreamland. It's a world of chaos. Fear. A world that can only be described as hell. The Princess of Dreamland, the sole leader for millions of years, has been murdered. Disappeared without a trace. Her castle is rubbled. Cults roam the streets, anarchy is everywhere, and dark magic has been loosed on the world. Lira City is one of the few safe places left. Defended by a crew of crazy, rag-tag Canira, Canii, Felids (and one dragon), it seems like the perfect place for Rena and Gale. Devoted friends, Gale is a renegade from a pack he was kicked out of at birth, the child of an Omega. Rena is an amnesiac with nowhere and nothing to call her own. The two of them find that in this crazy city, they are the center of a web of truths and lies... and when it's revealed who the missing princess really is, the question comes down to who killed her. A sacrifice will have to be made. Some things are better left hidden... The cities have fallen.
