𝐍𝐚𝐤𝐚𝐢 𝐊𝐚𝐨𝐫𝐢 was a Detective working in Tokyo. Her life was the same, wake up, go to work, have a few beers and go to sleep. One day during work her life completely changed. The packed streets of Tokyo where you could barely hear your own self was now empty. She was in the borderlands but not playing the number cards but the joker card. Matsuyama Ryuji was a teacher. He was always curious of the afterlife and wanted to see what it felt like. He meets Usagi outside of the borderlands and gets her to join him through out the games. He starts feeling really comfortable around her , until he meets Kaori. Two people, Guided by fate, relying on each other to survive. How will this end?
