L and light finish the Kira case. L was relieved when they captured Higuchi and the killings stopped. Misa had given up her death note once her beloved Kira was captured. But what happened next? what now? _____ Au in which light is never Kira but is a suspect. He is chained to L till they capture Higuchi and did spend the time in solitary confinement. Misa was the second Kira and Higuchi the first but she's never been discovered by the Kira investigation and is completely unknown to L or Light. _______ Not proof read yet! I obviously don't own any of these characters or original story but I did come up with this idea for a fanfiction, I'm if it's been done before. This is my first story so don't expect greatness. I just finished watching Death Note for the third time and wanted to try and write a LightxL story. LMAO I literally wrote this at 15, I'm 21 now and it's making me cackle tbh

Light was seven when he ran away from home. He was seven when he found a panda looking child. Light was seven when he was finally accepted for who he was. L was nine when he became the world's greatest detective. L was ten when he found a brown-haired child covered in dirt. L was ten when he made his first friend. AU: Light runs away from home and is found by L. This follows Light and L growing up together and then the Merikh Case (which follows the timeline of the Kira Case just a different name). Light uses the name of Kira when he is at Wammy's House so hence the rename.
