Auschwitz-Birkenau, Poland. 1944. Westchester, New York. 1944. Brooklyn, New York. 1960. Erik Lehnsherr, his estranged daughter Adelaide Pearson-Lehnsherr and Charles Xavier all have something in common. Their mothers are either all but lost to them or dead. At least, that's what Erik and his daughter have in common - and have come to avenge. The three meet by chance... or so it seems. The mutant supremacist Sebastian Shaw has united the Hellfire Club, including powerful telepath Emma Frost, to start World War III with missiles placed in Cuba by the Soviets and the Americans. At the moment, Erik and his daughter want nothing more than to avenge their mothers. Both died by the hand of Sebastian Shaw and both want nothing more than to see the mutant leader buried six feet deep. Charles is drawn to the youthful, but angry Adelaide, and the two begin to develop a relationship. But her past, and the mission she has come for, calls to her. The inescapable bond, however violent, that she shares with her father, begs to take over, the need for revenge seeping into every bond that the young Adelaide Lehnsherr has. All of this has brought the father and daughter pair, as well as the young telepathic Oxford University graduate, to this very moment - where they are enabled to take on Sebastian Shaw and his minions. China, 2023. There is no room for fear or panic among the last of the mutants as the Sentinel armies advance. In a brave last stand, Kitty Pryde, Bobby Drake, Bishop, Warpath, Blink, Sunspot and Colossus meet with Charles Xavier, Erik Lehnsherr, Ororo Munroe and Wolverine. They come up with a plan: brave and foolish at the same time. The solution: send Wolverine back in time, to the year 1973, in order to gather the past versions of Erik Lehnsherr, Charles Xavier and Adelaide Lehnsherr-Xavier in order to stop Raven Darkholme (Mystique) from killing scientist Bolivar Trask and creating the Sentinel program. Her husband, Charles, begins to distance himself from her, turning to alcohol and a special serum that gives him the ability to walk. Fighting to keep her marriage together by strings, raise her daughter and hold herself together at the same time is taking a toll on her. So when her longtime friend and member of the Brotherhood of Mutants, Mystique, gives her a tip to join her on a mission to kill Bolivar Trask, she accepts. Just as she is about to walk out on her once-happy life, the adventure begins...

10 years after Apocalypse, the world has changed. Adelaide Xavier's life has begun anew. The school is running, with mutant kids coming almost everyday, and it seems as though hers and Charles' future is going to be a smooth ride. Until Jean. Jean Grey is one of Charles and Adelaide's favourite students and they treat her as if she is their own daughter. But when she is hit by a solar flare in a mission in space and becomes unstable, it will take the power of both Charles and Adelaide to find her and bring her home. Will they be able to bring her home, or will she succumb to the extremity of the power inside her?

Adelaide Lehnsherr is now Adelaide Xavier. The world is not what it seemed, now that she's returned from Vietnam. Left with nightmares and post-traumatic stress, she suffers a tenuous relationship with her husband, Charles Xavier. With no one to turn to, she goes to her father Erik Lehnsherr, living in Poland with a wife and daughter. When things turn sour, though, she believes that joining Apocalypse against her fellow mutants is for the best. But she just can't. So will she join Apocalypse and be destroyed, or will she return to her husband Charles and rekindle her relationship with him and rejoin her fellow mutants in the fight of her life?

She is an Avenger. Adelaide Lehnsherr-Xavier is, after New York, a official Avenger. Teaming up with SHIELD, Agent Natasha Romanoff and Captain America, or her brother figure/potential boyfriend Steven Grant Rogers, she fights against injustice. But she struggles to admit her feelings about Steve to him. The only one that she confides in for her feelings is Natasha, one of her oldest friends on the team. As well as finding her place in HYDRA, she finds that she is related to two unique young people in the Sokovian HYDRA facility. Who are twins. Apart from finding out who she is and developing and expanding her powers in ways she never knew, she takes part in a project that may change her forever. On the other side of the world, Steve Rogers is anxious. He wonders where his beloved Avenger has gone. He turns to desperate measures until, finally, Natasha Romanoff finds a lead that may trace the whereabouts of his Adelaide. And the adventure begins....

But when Steve Rogers, Natasha Romanoff, Bruce Banner, James Rhodes, Wanda Maximoff, Vision and Sam Wilson appear in Wakanda with news that the mysterious Black Order, led by the murderous Titan Thanos, under orders to capture all six of the Infinity Stones for a devastating mission, the couple has no choice but to aid the Wakandans and the now-very much shattered team of what used to be the Avengers in a fight that will either save the universe or doom half of all life.
