Federation takes close encounters to a whole new level. A galactic empire of a quarter of a million worlds stumbles across the Earth. Their philosophy on life is totally unexpected. With the help of intelligent automatons, they've turned a reviled political system into a utopia for the masses, but are they a force for good or evil? A Daragnen university graduate, Yol Rummy Blin Breganin, discovers that Earth failed in its attempt to join the Federation, and, for some unknown reason, members are forever banned from visiting or contacting the planet. Rummy had never heard of a whole world being outlawed. Perhaps it would be sensible to leave well enough alone but no, he decides to investigate... FEDERATION is the first in a series of near-future, hard science-fiction novels by Tony Harmsworth, the First Contact specialist. Submerge yourself in humankind's cultural and economic dilemma by reading Federation today. (c) Tony Harmsworth 2019

War looms on the horizon... After the colonization of Mars and Europa, it took us fewer than five generations to reach beyond our solar system and discover new planets capable of supporting human life. Too far away to be governed under Earth law, the Collective was formed. Several hundred years later, the Collective has expanded to a system of six worlds. Power struggles and unequal rights have made interplanetary war all but inevitable. With rebellions arising across the Collective, three captains launch near-suicidal missions to free the oppressed fringe and reset equality across the stars. A galactic war is coming, and only an arthritic mail runner and a space pirate can stop it.

In space, you still have your rights... Alicia Ivy, the AI affectionately named by Orion- her creator, captain, and chief- watches over the small INGERPOL (Intergalactic Criminal Police Organization) as they carry out their mission to preserve justice in the New Earth colonies of the solar system and keep the peace with the neo-humans who made it to space ahead of them. An Earthian, a Martian, and a colonist walk into a bar... And form the team Alicia Ivy loves, if AIs could love. But no matter what she may or may not feel, things go from quasar to black hole when they take a missionary and his recovering cyborg son into protective custody. Someone wants them dead, along with any who stand in their way. It only stands to wonder whether those who want the witnesses dead are the syndicate that raised Captain Orion, the half-Venetian bounty hunter that seems to know their every move, or something much darker and much less humanoid that doesn't want a first contact. It's all an AI can do. Beautiful updated cover by @Avadel! Includes artwork by @CannibalisticNecro and @-Krystalite- #1 in Missionary

Call Al Squires many things: a special agent, a crime-fighter, a Magick-user, a mad scientist, a genius, a trickster, a philosopher, among others. Of course, you can also call him not-so-nice things: like 'pompous,' 'annoying,' and 'a lunatic'; but let's not dwell on the negative. However, in this second addition in the Al Squires of the Protectorate series, Al's adding a new name to the list: TIME TRAVELER! After Al and his new partner/trainee, Norah Navarro, have a 'chance' encounter with a mysterious witch on a foggy night, they're then called to their HQ for an emergency meeting along with the usual suspects. They then learned that their Division has been asked to help agents from Ouroboros, an ally organization in charge with time travel and anything Time-related, who are tasked to catch a time-traveling serial killer who has murdered four of their agents. It's strikes a definite cord when they find out that one of the victims is Sylvie Parish, the Division's Forensics expert/Ouroboros Liaison/ Al's frenemy. Of course, it doesn't strike as big a cord than it does with Sylvie, who was right there at the meeting, alive and well! So, in order to save Sylvie (and the other three) from being murdered, Al and Norah- along with their friends and fellow agents and a few Ouroboros agents- must travel back in time to prevent each murder from happening. However, there is one setback that may prove a hindrance to the mission: The emitter that Al wears that keeps his Lodestone side-affects in check has been sabotaged. That means he has to deal with all sorts of strangely horror-themed weirdness; including (but not limited to) Disco Zombies, Black Magick Hippies, and worse! And he and Norah can't tell anyone about it because the witch placed a spell on them that prevents them from telling anyone this. So, other than that, Sylvie's going to be fine...right?
