This story is simply to teach terrible crooks to be excellent and infamous villains. Rufus Dunwich believes that there are far to many terrible villains, who do nothing but get caught. Every single time. Rufus must explain in every detail how to become an incredible and unforgetable villain. That is, when he isn't caring for his daughter, and doing 'heroic' acts at the hospital he works at. 'War does not determine who is right. Only who is left.'
