Ang Flora ay halaw sa awit na Florante at Laura. Ang may-akda ay kumatha ng isang tula na ang nilalaman ay mga hugot sa tunay na buhay at tunay na pangyayari sa loob ng awit. Nilalayon ng akdang ito na matulungan ang bawat mag-aaral at babasa sa tuluyang pag-unawa sa awit. Inaasahan na ang akda ay magagamit sa larangan ng edukasyon na may lapit ng watt pad bilang inobasyon na kagamitang-pampagtuturo na magbubunga ng ika-21 siglong pagkatuto.
