In a world where the Cookies have their own civilized society, there were two families that have fought for decades; the Nuts, a family of detectives that seemed to successfully solve every case on hand, and the Cheeses, a family of criminals that seemed to never get caught. When Almond Cookie meets Roguefort Cookie, they immediately become best friends, unaware of the burden that is their family's reputation. But when Roguefort's sister and mother work together to kill Almond's father, all hell seems to break loose, as the conflict between the two families intensifies. Wind ventures out into the night, and accidentally strays too far from the Cookie Kingdom. As he continues his journey, he soon realizes he is lost -- and not only that, he's cold and exhausted. He is too weak to be able to fly home and he doesn't have anything on him but his bow and arrow. When he finds out that a particular cookie has been following him around, he is furious.
