COMPLETED. This is a non-despair AU with a bullied Ishimaru. (Forgive me) I just really wanted to try to write them in a kind of relationship in which they don't like, hate each other, but they aren't too close either. Not exactly Ishimondo until the end. I hope they aren't too out of character but anyway I enjoyed writing this. I finally felt brave enough to publish one of my many Ishimondo fics. This was inspired by some imagine your OTP posts that I found. I'm not sure why I chose to publish this one though. The name of this fic was inspired by the song I'll Keep You Safe by Sleeping At Last. The chapter names will also be named after Sleeping At Last's songs. Warnings for swearing, fluff/(lime?) and possible whump. I don't own the game/anime or the characters except for the possible OC's.

Ishimondo in 2020? mmmmmm Yeah!

a BL story about two 19 year old boys. Darius is a popular and smart outgoing boy, he is very happy with his life and cares about many classes, although he cares more about his childhood friend, Axel. He and Axel have been friends since they were 5, and he had grown feelings for him in 7th grade when he started to get into his crybaby phase. he didn't like it but thought he was absolutely adorable! Axel is also 19, he is a crybaby boy and he has such a love for flowers! any flowers will suffice for the perfect gift but most of all he loves white lilies. He has a white lily hair pin and he has fluffy medium-sized hair that is light golden brown. he has bruises almost anywhere you can find them and has a bandaid on his cheek most of the time due to his abusive father. Axel has feelings for Darius but doesn't really get into his love for him. Axel overall has a soft, crybaby personality. Darius has a Popular, kind, and caring personality and has an entire school fanpage about him. Axel is bullied often and Darius does not know of this knowledge. I do sure hope you enjoy his lgbtq+ story of mine and God bless everyone who is having a hard time like Axel :)
