Especially once she realizes he isn't just hanging from the pole on the train, he is literally attached to the ceiling. Three year old Peter was experimented on before he could even say the word "experimented". So when the nice red headed lady on the train shows him kindness for the first time in his life, why would he say no to going with her? Peter is a smart teen, his grades at the well respected Midtown High could attest to that. But everyone makes mistakes, Peter's was texting the wrong number. Hurriedly typing in Ned's number into his phone Peter sent a text to his best friend. But, it wasn't Ned's number.

Peter Parker has nothing left. He lost everything he loved. His parents died in a plane crash. His uncle was shot by a mugger he could've stopped. His aunt was killed and erased from this world because of his own incompetence. And to put a cherry on top of all of that he lost his home. Yes, Peter Parker aka your friendly neighborhood Spider-Man, the lokal menace, is homeless. He tries his best to find enough food to not collapse, because without the possibility to go to college (because he has already finished school early so he isn't actually a dropout) he has more time to be Spider-Man, but that also requires energy. But the Avengers are there to safe the day! Because even a fellow hero sometimes needs help, right? Wishful thinking. Maybe they WOULD help a fellow hero. The only problem? They don't think of Spider-Man as such. They think of him more like a menace. So instead of helping him... they hunt him. This is a crossover of the MCU movies and Fantastic Four (2005)
