Helen Parry disappeared in 1946, reappearing in 2028, the result of a scientific test that went wrong. Her reappearance triggers a series of events that call for protection from more than just regular federal agents. Bucky Barnes and Sam Wilson have only just returned from a gruelling mission and are ordered to take on what they initially see as nothing more than babysitting.
