When Caitlyn and Vi of the Enforcers go to investigate the wreckage, they soon learn that not all is what it seems within the ranks of the Enforcers, and Vi becomes desperate to try to reconnect with Jinx after their last meeting turned into a nearly fatal fight. As Jinx and Martin start to team up to perform ever more daring robberies, they begin running afoul of the various factions in the two cities, incurring the wrath of ever-more-powerful enemies. Their partnership soon becomes to a struggle for survival.
