Side notes: Izuku finishes cleaning the beach a month before the entrance exam so has time to learn how to use OFA and with the help of Gran Torino he starts off being able to use 10% full cowling and keep in mind,his body is naturally adapting to use OFA's full power so his percentage will increase as the series goes on and I'll have Izuku unlock the previous user's quirks gradually
