The story is very unique and naruto just got indulged with the book. It was over whelming for him in every possible way . The movement he heard this said raven's voice, he knew something this man was hiding his very identity from them. It was conformed when he had a glimpse of that eyes, which activated mangekyu sharingan to make him disappear, that very movement he understood, itachi and sasuke weren't the only uchiha alive, as there was one more uchiha who was vey more powerful that both itachi and sasuke .
