This story is (obviously) non-canon and, as a result, has some things that wouldn't make the slightest bit of sense in the game. The story is set 20 years after the canon time period of Overwatch. After the loss of a friend to some, annoyance to others, the team gets together for one last mission.

You unknowingly get curious regarding a cute, wild Snak. However, your curiosity soon shakes the foundation of all Grumpus and Bugsnax kind as you all team up to stop a greater evil.
