Though some of this world may see tickling as a positive form of communication between friends and family, others see it as a weapon, used to torture and torment. Lilly must rescue her sister from the clutches of an evil tickling witch and find a way out of The Featherlands.

An urban exploration assignment leads Rebecca and her friends to an abandoned mansion in the woods. Elected to venture inside alone, Rebecca finds herself trapped in a house turned medical facility where spirits of the past trust her to set them free from the evil that lingers and the tortures they suffered in the most devious form: tickling.
