I close my eyes every night and run our story again and again. I imagine us meeting in a different situation every time, I put more words in our mouth, trying to give us a happy ending. Maybe if I wasn't this complicated and you this stubborn e would've worked. Maybe if we tried harder or the aching pain in our chest wasn't devouring our every limb. Now it doesn't matter. The lies ended it all.

"Hello class. I'm going to be your Math teacher for the year." No. It couldn't be. "My name is Mr. Hemmings." And it is. "Now first let me take attendance and then I'll explain what we're going to be learning this year," he told and then started listing names. "Veronica Albert." "Kyle Berton." "Chris Byon." "Jessica Crum." "Elise Davis." After he said my name he looked up. I couldn't trust my voice to say here so I just stupidly made eye contact with him. Oh shit. That was the worst decision of my life. But the other boys can't take their bickering when they brawl it out after Luke pranks Renn's 18th birthday cake. So they decide the only way to get them to be friends... is to connect them in a way that no one can interfere, and they can learn the weaknesses and strengths of each other.

Genevieve was a girl of simplicity and self value. The bartender down the road was quite the opposite. In which a stupid boy makes a stupid bet with a stupid girl and everything goes downhill. - Maybe it was the way the smoke blew from his lips. Or maybe it was the way he flexed his muscles as he washed down the bar counter. There was something, something about him she couldn't resist. - Luke Hemmings A.U (STRONG LANGUAGE USED.
