Juryoku, a young disabled woman that grew in the wasteland known as Meteor City. It was the junkyard where she met a man who felt sympathy over her condition. He wanted to make a future for Juryoku and his subordinates who wanted to leave the junkyard to start anew. In a place where there would be more opportunities, a place meant for them.
