Pete is Kinn's bodyguard that was sent to Vegas's house to search for evidence of their family's corruption, but he got caught and tortured by Vegas. Actually, Pete tried to play along so that Vegas would get tired of him and finally end his life, but Vegas liked him even more and didn't wanna let him go.
