Good Omens. Crowley and Aziraphale pose as husbands for a house party, because Aziraphale is bad at saying no (to anyone but Crowley and anyone trying to buy books). Crowley thinks this is a good chance to prove himself the perfect potential demon husband to a fussy angel. But things get complicated fast. Really complicated. A lot of pining, a lot of shopping and restaurants and party games, some near misses, but no sex until chapter 24 (and all of 25).

It was not the first time they had kissed. Not even close.

Crowley is at home when he has a nightmare about how he abandoned his fellow angels- when he fell... suddenly, he turns back to the angel he once was, will he accept it? Slowish updates

"Since the Apocalypse had been avoided, the bond between the angel and the demon had grown closer. For the first time in 6000 years Aziraphale...felt something for Crowley. He didn't know what the strange feeling was when the ginger-haired demon was around, but - he was an angel, for Gods Sake. His kind used to be caring and loving, whatever or whenever." Aziraphale begins to question the Great Plan and its purpose on love. According to this, a demon and an angel aren't made for each other. When Crowley finally shows up at his bookshop and tries to confess his feelings for the angel, he breaks up. Leaving an angry demon and a very sad angel. Not knowing what they gonna do. Little do both of them know that these weren't exactly the commands from God herself...

This takes place after Satan is defeated by Adam. Crowley and Aziraphale are anxious about the upcoming war of Heaven and Hell against humanity and have the feeling that Adam, being the antichrist and still having some of his power remaining, could be involved greatly. They decide to follow Adam up to America because of his dad's work situation and help him out in his new school. But little do they know that the ex-assumed antichrist, warlock, will be attending the school as well...

Armageddon is over, and the angel and demon are going back to a normal (?!!!) life. All is tickety boo, until Crowley, in a surge of impatience, makes Aziraphale sleep at his apartment for the night. Physical encounters, and human friends occur, and soon our ineffable husbands are having to help us humans save the world.... All over again. Feelings cannot be contained forever, and sometimes, the result we get from them are not what we expected, sometimes it all goes wrong, but when Aziraphale and Crowley shared theirs they began to explore a whole new world, full of things they could do. I do not own the characters on this story, they are taken from the book and series 'Good Omens'

As the title states, this book will be used for prompts for the ineffable husbands week. They will most likely not be in date, but I will make the effort to have something for each prompt. I doubt each chapter will be very long but they will all have a minimum of 1,000 words. (This is the SFW variant of the challenge/activity because I cannot write smut to save my life, therefore the NSFW version would be a waste on my page) Word Count: 25,970

Vague update schedule, unrelated stories. I usually update every few months but sometimes I get busy. If you see that this hasn't been updated in 3 months dont worry! That's just how I work. 1) I'm Set Free: Aziraphale finds himself distracted by a certain demon, and Crowley finds out that he likes having his hair touched 2) This Thing Called Love: Love is in the air and so is frustration. Crowley gets upset and takes a five-day nap, waking only to hang out with Aziraphale and visit The Them [I have never seen titanic it has nothing to do with it] 3) Champagne?: Crowley is dining alone tonight when he gets some company from a stranger he wishes would leave him be 4) Aziraphale Loves: Aziraphale is a lover many things in life, books, good wine, Crowley, wearing sensible shoes, people, but Aziraphale also loves food, and he just happens to have a poorly timed craving for crepes. 5) Crowley Shrugged: The pair had been talking and sipping expensive wine, during their conversation they had started talking about wings and flying, then Aziraphale had stated that he hadn't used his wings in a few hundred years, which had bewildered Crowley 6) Tight Pants: Aziraphale and Crowley go out to dinner and Aziraphale gets jealous when someone invites Crowley back to their flat. Snake!Crowley and wings 7) just an announcement 8) dancing in the rain: Dancing in the rain isn't always ideal, even though it's always quite romantic. A little boy pointed and said 'look, mummy, they're in love' this made Crowley smile and wave at the boy (I've run out of room)
