Felicity just can't come back into his life because of a Moira's death, just to leave again! He can't be broken again - but wasn't Felicity the one to mend it in the first place? Can she do it again? When Oliver puts his heart out on the line, he thinks things are going to be okay, until he found the ring he gave her, and a note that doesn't make any sense.
