After connecting with Sunset Shimmer and the girls, Twilight was undeniably happier than her time at Crystal Prep Academy. However, feelings begin to arise when Sunset starts rekindling an old flame from her past. × This is a "My Little Pony" fan-fiction taking place after the "Legend of Everfree" and the summer break Equestria Girls mini series. The powerful ancient Equestrian spell Sunset once cast to open the portal created an imbalance that was never fully resolved. Her arrival in the human world displaced someone, an innocent character we've never seen, yet whose absence is felt every time Sunset is on screen. In this version of the story, we'll finally uncover what really happened to the human Sunset Shimmer.
