You could say Charlie Spring is an outcast. His friend Aled doesn't really know why, and neither does his sister Tori, for that matter. Charlie Spring is the most lovely, charming and caring person in the shitty town he lives in. There's no reason why anyone could even begin to dislike him. Well, there's one. You see, Charlie Spring is gay. Gay people aren't really well seen in Whitetiles. Perhaps that's why people don't want to hang out with Charlie and don't smile back at him. Perhaps that's why Charlie feels so alone. But when Nick Nelson suddenly appears in Whitetiles, Charlie's life changes. Nick Nelson is charming and lovely too.
