She grew up next to them and worked with her father on cars and continued to after he passed and was even accepted for a Stark Internship on his new, secret experiment in the military. When Steve was taking down RedSkull, Bucky and Summer died in action, or so everyone thought. They were taken by Hydra and put in the chrome chamber throughout the years between Bucky going on missions as the Winter Soldier and Summer being experimented on. Now Sam, Bucky and Summer are reunited a year after End Game in the Falcon and the Winter Soldier.
