An Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D Skye x Jemma fic. Post S1Ep5. There will be some spoilers. Summary: Weeks after the incident with Skye's now ex-boyfriend, Miles, Skye figures something out about herself. What is she supposed to do now? She's certain she'd get kicked off the Bus if she told anyone, but Skye knows it'll be obvious in only a matter of time. Then, one night when Skye feels like she can't bear to keep it a secret any longer, on her way back from the lab Jemma hears sniffles coming from Skye's bunk and goes in to investigate. Taking a chance, Skye tells Jemma everything and expects the worst. What Skye didn't expect, though, was Jemma reacting the one way Skye thought to be impossible.

Skye's tragic past and rather terrifying future come to life in front of the team. Her relationship with girlfriend, Jemma, hangs in the balance.

A Skimmons story. Before you read I exert caution there will be some parts that may make some viewers uncomfortable. Some graphic moments so caution to young readers. Highschool is a big deal for both, new school, new friends, new emotions. Skye and Jemma come from completely different families. Coming to a new school they are really nervous but quickly start to bond. But what happens when they discover new feelings.

I wrote this fic a long time ago and only just realized I never posted it, so don't hold this to my current standards. It's still pretty cool though. Lacrosse player Skye has come in several times to Dr. Jemma Simmons' ER. They have a connection that neither one of them can shake but just how far will that take them?
