Morgana had enough of Merlin, the pesky servant always got in her way, she wanted it to stop. She spent many days plotting and dreaming about how she would deal with him. She thought about killing him, or starving him, or torturing him until he begged for death. But in every idea and concept she drew up, it was never enough. She wanted Merlin to hurt, but he also wanted Arthur to hurt. She wanted to hurt Arthur with Merlin. So she twisted him, turned back Merlin's clock and contorted the young child's mind. But she got a little more than she bargined for, now takng care of the uncontrolable, four year old warlock and dragon lord, Morgana needs to keep him from blowing up the castle. While on a camping trip, Merlin was obviously exhausted as he'd been acting strange all day. As he falls asleep, Gwaine finds a small leather bound journal hidden away in the servants coat, which he soon learns is a journal. He reads a few to himself, then to the Knights. They all soon realize how sad and how seemingly alone Merlin believes he is. They all realize, just how little they know about Merlin. [Hint: The Knights and Arthur learn about Freya!]

Merlin and Gwaine decide to pull a prank on Arthur, which turns out bad for Merlin. Arthur decides to punish Merlin by going on a hunting trip.
