Layla Montgomery has just moved to Lima, Ohio from South Bend, Indiana. Not much of an upgrade. Relieved she gets to start her life over, she finds a friend in school bad-boy, Noah "Puck" Puckerman, and others. She also finds her love of performing in the school's glee club, New Directions. Her glee club has never won Regionals, but will this year be different? Can she find it in her to forget her troubled past and start a new beginning in New Directions?
