"Sing something for me, Brookie." little Harry says. I shoot my head up from the ground at Harry. "What?" "Sing something, I've never heard you sing before." he says, tilting his head to the side. He's wearing a white T-shirt with a picture of a football on, blue shorts and football boots. He looks adorable. "But I can't sing..." I say quietly, looking down at my little pink jelly sandals. "Of course you can, everyone can sing!" he says, tugging on my dress. "Not me," I say, shaking my head. Harry scoots closer to me and lifts up my chin with his finger. "Please? For me?" he says, his eminent green eyes gaze deeply into mine and I really can't refuse. I take a deep breath before looking out at the lake and singing my favourite song in the world. 10 years later, 16 year old dimpled cheek and curly haired Harry and pretty, witty 15 year old Brooklyn are anything but prepared for the future ahead of them. They've been best friends for longer than they can remember. Throughout their ups and downs, smiles and frowns, nothing and no one can ruin their friendship. But what happens when Harry discovers Brooklyn's biggest secret, Brooklyn is forced to give up her dream to rush into hospital and Harry may just be the only chance she has? Will Harry really do anything to make Brooklyn happy once again? You will do anything for me. Written by Faye.
