In this alternate universe years before Naruto was born Minato and Kushina had a baby girl. They named the young girl Tsuna Uzumaki-Namikaze. Due to Obito still being in Konoha her birth went along without issue. For years the two raised Tsuna with the Uzumaki code of putting family first.
