Izuku Midoriya became a closed off individual after the tragic death of a close relative. He had bad anxiety, barely being able to speak without shaking, but before all of this he was an outgoing kid who made a lot of friends in his neighborhood. At the start of his freshman year of high school he moved back to that neighborhood to go to U.A. What happens when he finds all of his old friends, can they learn to love the boy he's become? Or can they help him improve and become the man he wants to be. (No quirks, takes place in Japan but I use the American school year schedule and selection of extra sports to play) (Formally "old friends")

Midoriya just rolled his eyes," Why can't you just be happy with your little bad touch disintegrating thing? I was quirkless you know!" "It's not the same!" "Well if you really must know," He grinned lazily," He gave it to the most badass one out of the entire squad." "It's not me?!" Tomura raged. "Hell no. It was her. Ochako. The one your crusty ass will be taking orders from, going forward."
