This story focuses on a guy named Raizen who was known as the weakest Esper swordsman at the Crossrevery High School. One day, he was able to meet a princess that transferred in from their country, Nakarta. The princess was known as Chenly Nakarta, who changed Raizen's coursed of life. Raizen planned to become the greatest E-Swordsman from the scratch because he has low spiritual power than an average Esper but he excels on other capabilities such as sword techniques and the use of special skills that he learned because of having low spiritual power. Thus this story is all about a guy who wants to climbed from bottom to top and become the greatest.
