Murder. The only thing that Anna knows. The only thing she remembers from that night. The night her best friend turned into her lover. The night he was killed. She's left alone with an uncaring mother, and her annoying boyfriend. Anna hates him, and all he wants to do is get along with her. She feels empty and alone. But meets a mysterious person at the mall. Will he have the answers to her questions? Will he allow Anna to get close to him, like she wants to? Will her mom ever break up with her boy friend?

I blinked and he was in front of me, his breath hot against my ear. “I will be back for you, Katherine. Count on it.” His words sent shivers down my spine and I shrank back instinctively. He smiled a sinister, deadly smile right before I blinked again and he disappeared. Standing there in awe, I could have sworn two of his teeth had been more pointed and sharper than the rest. And then I fell into oblivion. One night, two vampires. That’s all it took to throw her world upside down. He’s after her, he wants her dead. His motives are unexplained to her, yet, she knows he’ll stop at nothing to kill her. The other one, he is the only thing that can get her out of this, alive.
