Unbeknownst to either side, amidst the chaos, a portal had appeared, leading from a parallel universe where people could fell trees with their bare fists and substances could float in mid air. Oh right. Said universe was also home to 20+ isekaied beings. Basically, its entire population. And they hailed from a completely boring and normal world where they were already incredibly mentally unstable. Imagine throwing them into a world of monsters and into bodies of maniacs only existing in role play. Imagine what that'd do to them. Well, having escaped from the bodies of madMEN (and all those other genders out there) at least they're sane now. Most of the time.
