What else could she do? She had to help him somehow even though there was a slight risk of her changing the future's outcome. With her knowing who this man truly was and who was possessing him, not to mention the future, she had to keep some distance from him to ensure the story would not change at all. ... If readers are confused about the timeline, it's a mix between the manhwa and the novel (SBAPOD), with Jen appearing in Abandoned Empress relatively early in the story.
